We live in a world of constant activity and pressure.  The hustle and bustle or everyday life leads to stress and anxiety.  When we are feeling burnt out it affects our attitudes and relationships with everyone around us.   Stress impacts our general health and wellness physically, emotionally and spiritually leaving us searching for ways to find peace and tranquility.
